feeling good

been going out behind the cvs and alternately skipping rope and riding skateboards.  For a while now I knew that in order to keep my knees more safe in my athletic pursuits, I would have to strengthen my calves, lower legs, ankles and feet.  now that I am getting more strength and flexibility in these areas I am allowing my knees to move properly and am feeling more comfortable with technical skateboarding.
